Later on the Barkers sold Caylers Dominic, a 16 month old first
class prize winner for the day’s second highest call of 6,500gns to Tynybryn
Farms, Tregynon,
Newtown.
Dominic was a 16 month old by the homebred Caylers Bombadier, a Burradon
Talisman son and out of a homebred cow by Lloyd.
New Marque Cannylad
Welshpool Livestock Sales on a successful sale on behalf of
the North West Midlands and North Wales Club on Thursday 29th October 2009 with
a centre record of £6930 paid for New Marque Cannylad exhibited by RW & MIL
Williams Caenog Farm Corwen which was first in the senior class and reserve
Champion on the day.
The Bull was purchased by Tynybryn farm Tynybryn Tregynon Newtown.
Mr Meirion Thomas Nebo Llanrwst judged the class and placed them as follows:

Corwen selling at 6600gns to Tynybryn Farms Tregynon Newtown.
Dolcorsllwyn Colibri
The champion bull, Dolcorsllwyn Colibri, from G. Vaughan,
Dolcorsllwyn, Aberangell, realised the top price of 5,100gns selling to Tynybryn
Farms, Tregynon, Newtown.

by Jockey out of a Sarkley Cow, he was born 3rd June 2001. He was reserve champion at Welshpool
Limousin Sale in May 2003 and bought from the prize winning Sarkley herd.
