Our lambs are bred on the farm and naturally reared providing a quality product with guaranteed traceability. They are out of home bred ewes bred on the farm. We use Rams from our own pedigree Texel Flock. The Texel has been developed as a meat breed providing a high quality lean meat. Lambs are sold between 17 and 21 kgs dead. We are members of FAWL - Farm Assured Welsh Livestock. All joints of lamb are cut to your requirements and packed ready for the freezer by award winning company Cambrian Training Company.
